Dr. Ashley Watson has proudly served the Adjala-Tosorontio and surrounding communities since graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2013. After earning a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, she worked in the health and fitness industry before pursuing chiropractic, combining her passion for movement, health, and helping people reconnect with their bodies.

After eight years practicing in a multidisciplinary clinic in Alliston, Ashley opened her home-based practice in 2021 with a simple vision: to create a calm, welcoming space where people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Over the years, her understanding of healing has expanded beyond simply treating symptoms. While chiropractic care remains rooted in anatomy, biomechanics, and evidence-informed practice, Ashley also recognizes the incredible wisdom of the nervous system and the body’s innate intelligence. She believes that when we create the right environment, the body has an extraordinary capacity to adapt, heal, and find balance.

This understanding naturally led her to incorporate breathwork into her practice. She views breathwork as more than a technique. It is a practice of allowing, releasing, and remembering. A way to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and remember the wisdom that has been within us all along.

Whether through chiropractic care, breathwork, or a combination of both, Ashley’s intention is to help people move beyond simply surviving and begin living with greater presence, resilience, joy, and connection.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll most likely find Ashley outside with her favourite people and greatest teachers, her two children, creating fun, adventure, and memories together.
